BACK IN THE STATES… 10/29/2005
Hello Everyone,
We are back in the states, got in last night from Japan. The UK, North Ireland, Europe and Japan was great – we enjoyed all the shows and had a excellent time. Thanks again to All That remains and It Dies Today for joining us on the UK leg of the tour and we want to thank the mighty Arch Enemy for taking us to Europe and Japan, it was a blast and we appreciate it.
As you may be aware we are on Decibel Magazine’s Decemeber cover issue so make sure you pick up your good luck copy (on stands November 4th), in just over a week we will be heading out on the road once again this time as direct support to Children of Bodom on their upcoming North American tour, which also features Amon Amarth.
Beginning November 9th in Quebec City, Quebec and running through December 14th in New York City, the tour will traverse the United States playing venues including the House of Blues in Chicago, Slim’s in San Francisco, the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. and Irving Plaza in New York City.
“This tour is going to be amazing,” exclaims Trivium’s 19 year-old precocious frontman Matt Heafy. “We’re huge fans of Children of Bodom and if the crowds have been reacting anything like we’re used to from the UK and Europe then it’s going to be a knockdown, drag out good time.”
As always we really appreciate all the great people we have been working with and meeting through out the last few months. Thanks to Justin, Martin, Greg, Adam, Gemma, Marie, Kirsten, Sammi, Brian, Keith, Wolfy, all of the crew and support staff from Creativeman in Japan, Yoshiko, Yuka, Tomoko, Koji from Roadrunner Japan and all of the Roadrunner international staff for the support, not only did we need the help and support you all really came through and made things click for that we thank you all.
Travis, Paolo, Corey & Matt
