目下制作中の第5弾フルレンスアルバムに関する情報のまとめです。随時更新。
2011/1/17 5度にわたる延期ののち、ついにレコーディング作業開始。地元のAudio Hammer Studioで、Colin Richardson (Slipknot, Bullet For My Valentine) をプロデューサーに迎えてスタート。Martin “Ginge” Ford (Funeral For A Friend, Bullet For My Valentine) も参加。スタジオオーナーのJason Suecofは、今回はプロデュースに参加していない。

After 8 months of pre-production and almost a year and half of writing, we are finally ready to begin album number 5. Packing our gear tomorrow and heading up to Suecof Land.

2011/2/14（2/15かも） 技術的な問題により、同じくフロリダのPaint It Black Studioへ移動し、ギターの音の作り直し。ここは”Shattering The Skies Above”のドラムトラックを録った場所でもある。（ドラム以外はMatthewの家でやってましたよね！

Moved studios to paint it black. Gorgeous, perfectly equipped studio. Guitars on hold till next Monday; but! Our drum sound… Man… Unbelievable.

Moving into a new studio due to technical reasons. Its actually the same place we did drums for Shattering.
2/14
スタジオ移動後、またギターの音作りからやり直しとなり、約１週間のブランク。
2/23 ギターのトラッキング開始。
3/4 ベースのトラッキング開始。
3/11 ベースの全パート終了。ヴォーカル録り開始。
3/24 Coreyの全パート終了。
3/25 以前に録ったヴォーカルを録り直すことに。
3/29 Matthewのギターソロもすべて終了。残るはヴォーカル。
3/30 Matthewのヴォーカルを録っているあいだ、Corey、Nick、Paoloの3人は、4月のオーストラリア・ニュージーランドツアーに向けてジャムセッションを開始。
4/1 Vocal 10曲終了。Heaven’s Edfeの”Skin to Skin” のカバーをすることを発表。

5/18 Matthewが録り直し。
“Back into the studio tomorrow for the 3rd album record take of two songs’ verses and some random bits. We’re making this f’ing good for you.”
*7弦ギターの使用について、後日PIB studioがFacebookにアップした写真には、Mattの7弦ギターも写っていました。使用したかは不明。
Corey曰く、このアルバム制作で使用したギターは’drop D flat’ とのこと。
