毎日様々な写真で楽しませてくれたMatthewのMoustache Mayも、とうとう最終日を迎えてしまいました。
最後の作品と、Matthewからのコメントをご紹介します。彼自身とても楽しんで取り組んでいたことがよくわかります。

it’s all coming to an end.
firstly, i’d like to say that this really was an amazing month. i’ve never participated in anything like moustache may before; a place where people can just have a good time being as creative as they want to- all in celebration of upper lip hair.
i had a great time getting to know all of ya; seeing your pictures, chatting, commenting, reading the awesome comments (sometimes frantically refreshing via iphone during red lights en route to practice), and all that good stuff. thanks to everyone in the mm world for allowing me to be part of it.
Mackle- thanks so much for this amazing site- i really had a blast. the sites you run really seem to keep our brains working, all in the spirit of friendship and having a good time.
YASLY- you were the inspiration for doing this. i’m a huge fan of all your mm work, yasly work, and soon to be next Trivium record work. thanks for being my moustache may man-muse. (www.yasly.com)
last, but most importantly- Jon Paul Douglass. not everyone can be as lucky to say they live across from a fellow artist, fantastic photographer, and best bud- thanks so much for helping me out with mm this year. we really had a great time having to put our brains together in making these photos happen every single day. JP will be working with YASLY on the next Trivium (www.trivium.org- my metal bando) records’ packaging, art direction, etc. we’re all looking forward to seeing what the two artists i’m a big fan of, can do with the band i jam in.
