先日Rock Sound のwebでやっていた投票でTriviumが勝利したのですが、11/25に「明らかな組織票のためDQ（失格）とした」と発表があったところ、苦情が殺到した模様。11/28付で以下のコメントが出てwinnerに返り咲きました（笑）Triviumファンは熱い！
わかった、わかりました！・・・増え続けるファンからのメール、レーベルそしてバンド本人（！）からのメールにより、rock soundは降参します！Triviumがオンライン投票「ベストアルバム・オブ・ジ・イヤー」の勝者であると再認定します！どれほど愛されているか（そしてDQの判定を下した私がどれほど憎かったか）よーーーくわかりました。もうTriviumファンを怒らせるようなことは二度としません。
お詫びの意味も込めて、彼らのブルータルな曲「A Gunshot to the Head of Trepidation」のビデオクリップをどうぞ。また別のニュースですが、バンドは12月13日に新しいビデオ「Dying In Your Arms」をNYで撮影するそうです。
GunshotのPVはもう飽きるほど見たぜ、rocksoundさんよー。お詫びっていうならもっと特ダネよろしく～って感じですかね！(thanks Brian!)

Trivium won the last poll for album of the year after some very unsubtle street teaming…therefore rock sound disqualified them and gave the title to Pelican. And justice for all.

OK OK…after emails from fans, more fans, the label and the band (!) rock sound gives in! Trivium have been reinstated as winners of the online poll for best album of the year after it became patently obvious how much you lot love them (and hated me as a result of the disqualification). Consider us chastized, we will never cross you again Trivium fans.
